The Dubringer Moor Tour
This bicycle tour takes you round the last, largest moor landscapes between the Elbe and Oder rivers. You’ll discover the rich plant and animal life in the Dubringer Moor landscape and nature conservation area. The expansive moors, the pond area and the Schwarze Elster floodplain are home to a wide variety of plants and animals, and are filled with the muffled calls of great bitterns and toad and frog choruses, while sea eagles circle overhead. The local flora includes beautiful and rare species like carnivorous sundew, cranberries, and meadows of cotton grass. Well-equipped with binoculars in your rucksack, this cycling trip is guaranteed to be a real natural experience.
